In the later stages of life, a diet tailored to the unique needs of older adults, emphasizing nutrient-dense foods, can help maintain cognitive function, bone health, and overall well-being (National Institutes of Health, 2019).

By understanding the evolving dietary requirements across the lifespan, individuals can make informed choices to support their health and vitality at every stage of life.
